This virtual garden doesn't compare to the real thing, in any season: all year round, we enjoy freshly picked or simply stored veggies, herbs & fruits. Here's what's going on in the real Lusthof this month:

• The greenhouse is full of compost, seedlings & the horseshit stove: yum!
• This week we''ve been eating mainly:
  • sprouting broccoli blend
  • greenhouse lettuce
  • leeks & chives & other alliums
  • mustard & arugula & cresses
  • squash: the last ones (Eduard's Kabocha) turn out to be excellent keepers, even now!
